Operator and service

The Gesalp service is provided by Kogulan Natarajan, Entrepreneur individuel, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France.

It is a hosted application: CSV upload, tabular generation (Gaussian copula) and a downloadable evaluation report. It is not on-premise deployment, an external connector, or PHI processing.

PASS, WARN, FAIL and N/A are measurements. They are not clinical validation, GDPR/HIPAA certification, or a guaranteed favourable result.

Access

You can create an account from Sign up. Existing accounts can sign in.

Use de-identified records without identifiable patient information, and only files you are authorised to process.

Plans and payment

Explore: €0, one evaluation in total. Starter: €99 per month, five runs, one active project. Professional: €199 per month, twenty runs, five active projects. Monthly renewal. No trial, unused-run rollover or automatic overage.

The amount due is the amount shown on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm. Stripe Tax is not enabled. No VAT number is stated on these pages.

A run buys generation and evaluation, not a PASS result.

Consumer customers

The service may be bought by professionals and consumers.

Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply and are not waived by these terms.

Sign-up, payment or running a job is not a waiver of withdrawal rights.

A consumer mediator has not been designated yet. EU ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Use and liability

You must not misuse the service, bypass quotas, or upload unlawful content.

You remain responsible for how you use the synthetic CSV and the report.

To the extent permitted by law the service is provided as available. For a consumer, that limit does not reduce mandatory statutory guarantees.

Governing law

French law applies. A consumer keeps the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
